- GPGopinadh Pylafffd2 days ago1.0Never seen such a store . Paid money promised a date never got my mattress . They don’t even pick up the call . I need to take my day off to speak with staff paid 800 pounds waiting still for my mattress to arrive it’s already delayed 3 weeks from the promised date over all waiting 7 weeks . Awful just wasted all of our time . Biggest mistake that we selected this store

- DSDani SaleemAug 25, 20265.0Excellent service at Dreams Stockton Visited the Dreams store in Stockton today with my wife after speaking to Jayne on the phone, who was incredibly helpful and let us know they were open until 8pm and to come on in. From the moment we arrived, Jayne and her colleague Sarah made us feel really welcome. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to give us some genuinely helpful advice and recommendations without any pressure. A fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend speaking to Jayne and Sarah and visiting the Stockton Dreams store if you’re looking for a new bed or mattress. Excellent customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
