- SCsheila corbishleySep 28, 20265.0Very friendly staff but not at all pushy, so though we felt welcomed, we didn't feel pressured to buy. Amanda, the lady who greeted us and subsequently took us through the buying experience, was very knowledgeable but didn't push her ideas into us. We weren't hustled or rushed to make a choice; she was quite happy to go back and try the beds we'd already tried as often as we needed. As she told us - "You're spending a lot of money. You need to feel you've made the right choice." We did feel we'd made the right choice but it's good to know that if within a month we're not satisfied, we can choose a different mattress. Dreams had been recommended to us and now we're happy to recommend them to others.
