- SSSara SwalesAug 28, 20251.0Took over 2 months to issue me a refund. Ignored emails, phone calls. Poor customer service 😔
- MGMarianne GaillardAug 28, 20251.0We ordered two doors through our builder, payed on credit card. The doors were not as advertised and had to be returned. We dropped the doors off, yet Magnet would not issue a refund and caused two months of hassle before the money was returned. Lots of time wasted and lots of aggravation caused over an easily fixable problem.
