- MFMICK FALLS (FALLSYBRAND)Sep 21, 20264.0Great service nice people will update when bed and mattress arrive
- CMCharles MSep 18, 20261.0I tried a pillow in store, bought it (£50), brought it home, and realised after opening the bag that the model in store is much less firm than the one I bought, which is effectively unusable for me. I went back the same week, but couldn't return it or exchange because "the bag had been opened". So basically, you can't try anything reliably in store, might as well go straight online and save some money!
- AIAmber I.Aug 8, 20265.0Staff are lovely!
- NGNeil GovettJul 14, 20265.0Really helpful, no pressure, drinks available and really friendly staff. Would highly recommend this store.
- SJStewart JawsJul 13, 20265.0Bought a generic cheap mattress online and was dissatisfied, came to Dreams to find a good one and was shown through the sleep match process and multiple mattress and pillow options in my budget. Very helpful, learned a lot, thank you Jason!
