  On every occasion I’ve visited dreams in Clydebank the friendliness and service has been second to none, always professional without being pushy, offered tea coffee water which I’ve never had elsewhere… very happy with the knowledge and expertise of Robbie who served me today and I went on to buy a bed and mattress from him, he is a credit to dreams and just a shame all shops dont have a Robbie on their staff … many thanks and I look forward to the bed and mattress arriving 😁

  What a ‘Dream’ to shop here. Jordan was excellent. He put us on the Sleep Match Technology to help us find the perfect mattress. There was no rush, no pressure just perfect customer service

  Kim the store manager in clydebank dreams was excellent and professional. She listened to our requirements for a new bed due to our recent illness. Kim let us sit on mattresses to see what suits us best, as my husband has back problems. We also used the mattress simulation system, which Kim set up for us both. It was a great experience and told us the best mattress for the best sleep and ailments we have. Kim was very patient with us both and took time to explain the kew mattress which we took with the tv bed Alexis. Kim explained everything about the bed, how the tv works via remote, and let us sit on bed and showed us how to move the bed up and down. At ordering the bed Kim explained everything from warranty for bed, to any issues we may have. If have to change mattress how it works. Explained everything on how the finance we took out and monthly payments. On all Kim is one of the reasons we always go back to Dreams. All staff are excellent, great customer service, professional and friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you again Kim for all your patience and help with our bed.

  Just went in for a quick look🙄ended up buying not 1 but 2 beds all thanx to Robbie a lovely young man excellent customer service have no problem highly recommending Dreams for you next purchase 😀just wanted to add the staff have gone above and beyond with the customer service my moving in date has changed and the staff have been absolutely brilliant i can't thank you enough 🥰

  We went in for the SleepMatch experience with a lovely lady called Kim who was ridiculously helpful and patient with us almost falling asleep on the mattresses she reccomended! We weren't intending to buy anything on the day but Kim got us a great deal on a full bed with amazing mattresses we both loved aswell as a few add ons she threw in too. It turned out to be far too good to turn down such an offer. Great experience and Kim was fantastic and incredibly knowledgable every step of the way! If you haven't had the experience, I can't reccomend it highly enough.
