From start to finish, David (the manager) and his team were outstanding. Being new to a project of this scale, I really appreciated how supportive and patient they were. David offered a great price, but even more importantly, he worked closely with both me and my fitter throughout the whole process. Any little issue that came up was dealt with quickly and professionally, with constant communication right through to completion. The level of care, attention to detail, and customer service made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. I’m absolutely delighted with the end result and would 100% recommend Magnet Poole to anyone considering a kitchen project — especially if it’s your first time. Thanks again to David and the team for making it such a smooth and positive experience.
