The team went out of their way to help me organise changing delivery dates and even arranged storage for our beds, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Aimee, the store manager, was especially fantastic—so friendly and genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. It really felt like she cared about helping us. Scott was also brilliant and kindly helped my husband load our van, which we really appreciated. The whole team were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. I honestly can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend this store to anyone. Amazing service from a truly supportive team!

Herself and the young man, I believe his name was William, they were so friendly and patient with us. We will be back when we are ready to buy
