The mattress was chosen on a special machine which I found to be great fun checking for firmness and comfort. In all an amazing experience in shopping.

- RMRichard MAINS6 days ago5.0After completing the usual web search for a new mattress due to back issues, we decided to do the rounds and test some mattresses out in store. We had two in mind and went to other bed shops first, comparing price, quality and availability. Entering the dreams store in Plymouth, we had a walk around and Paul asked if we needed any help. Questions like, size, firmness, allergy issues, which way do you sleep, is there a requirement for different firmness on each side of the bed? There is a machine which measures this, but it was experiencing problems. Paul asked all the same questions, and showed us several options that met our requirements and budget. Once we had decided which one we wanted he checked for availability, delivery time and asked if we had a mattress to dispose of. All in all we were very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend a visit.
