  I had gone around to different bed stores before going to Dreams in plympton. I wish I had gone there straight away. It was just an amazing experience. We were served by Mominah who had greeted us upon entering and left us to have a little walk of the store. This made us feel at ease at the same time gave us a chance to seek help when needed. We tried sleepmatch and it was absolutely worth the 3 minutes we spent on it. Mominah explained to us the essence of a right pillow and how it’s important for the full comfort experience. We were offered drinks and the whole time we were in the store it was an easy experience and nothing was a hard sell. Would absolutely recommend this place and definitely the best sales lady we have come across 👍🏻

  Bought an ottomans in the Plymouth branch and were impressed with the great customer service, Paula was a great help! She talked us through our different options with the benefits of the base board and we are looking forward to the new bed! Thanks a bunch!

  EDIT: This is such a shame because we had amazing service from Callum when we initially ordered mattress. but we have just been given a delivery date with 4 days notice but we just cannot be here for delivery so we have been told we have to wait another 2 MONTHS!!!! Apparently once they put in the system that you can't do a date then the stock is unavailable and they have to wait until stock is available again. There is no logic to that. Waiting another 2 months is a ABSOLUTE JOKE, I wish I never placed the order now. APPALLING SERVICE. Bought a mattress on 29th June. We were greeted by Callum who was really helpful and was very knowledgeable, he didn't rush us and answered any questions we had. Callum was very friendly and would recommend him if they wish to buy anything from dreams.

  I visited your Coypool store on 19/6/26 to purchase a new bed. Was greeted by a lovely guy called Paul. I just said I needed a bed/mattress/headboard and left him to do his magic. I wasn’t disappointed He asked lots of questions I was only too happy to answer including did I want tea/coffee.. went on the machine to determine what would be suitable for my needs. After lying on a few mattresses I made my mind up. Came away very happy with my purchase and excellent service. Well done Paul
