  The absolute last thing I thought I’d want to be doing on a sweltering Sunday! I could not have been more wrong we were warmly welcomed and not pounced upon so A* from the offset when we were approached it was the friendly Ziggy (Rebecca) we said we needed a new mattress and she took us on that mattress finder which I thought was a load of Tosh and although it pains me to admit again I was very wrong! We had 5 Suggestions from the machine Ziggy gave us some pillows which would you believe were the weirdest and most wonderful pillows I’ve put my head upon! All the Mattresses we were showed were great I did let the boss (Wife) have the final say on which one we went for and she made a good choice we got some of those gold plated Pillows at the behest of the boss I have not slept better! The service the excellent cuppa Tea made by Shelly and friendly understanding of what we were looking for was outstanding! Thank you Ziggy and Girls

  My experience with dreams was amazing all the staff were great, they were all helpful, friendly and well informed on their products and all interacted with us. We tried the machine that helps you choose the most comfortable mattress, we went in convinced we wanted a firm mattress, that turned out to be the wrong choice for us. Our bed and mattress was delivred a few weeks ago and i must say i havent slept so well in years. Well done Dreams Barnataple.

  Had an amazing experience in the Barnstaple store this week, after a not so good experience with another retailer. The girls were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I felt so welcome from start to finish. Even with a system crossover they were experiencing, they were calm and answered all of my questions Will definitely be back

  Kay was very helpful in helping us find the right mattress for us at the right price. We had a go on the machine that works out what sort of mattress would work best for us both, and we ended up with the 'Maidstone D' which is just what we wanted. And would be delivered in less than 2 weeks! We were offered water as well which was very nice as it was a very hot day. It was good to know that our old mattress could be taken away and recycled. All round a great service!
