- WTWendy Turner-Lawther2 days ago5.0We went looking for a new mattress, expecting a long hunt for the right one. The Dreams "Sleepmatch" machine meant that that wasn't the case. We found the perfect mattress for us at a very reasonable price after only two tries. We also had a go at a recliner bed. Fabulous, but one to save up for! The staff were fabulous, attentive and informative.

They say they'll come and test your mattress but all they do is put a spirit level on it and then tell you its fine. No spring test or anything. If this isnt corrected very soon, this will be taken further. I feel scammed and lied to

We experienced the computerised system to check our personal details and relate these to a mattress - very relaxing. We tried 5 mattresses until we were satisfied and Lily provided positive feedback to allow us to move and experiment. No pressure just giving us time to discuss and try. Hopefully we have made a comfortable choice and our old mattress plus packaging will be removed when our new mattress arrives. Neat and easy. Thank you Dreams Derby.

We got greeted by Nina who was lovely and so helpful. Nina made it easy for us to find the perfect bed to suit our needs. She explained everything and also helped us as we are on a very tight budget. So we have been given the best for our budget. Will deffinatly recommend and come back again in the future.
