I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by her friendly face and a smile. She was extremely polite and patient and was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and gave me every option available. 5 * for service, well deserved. This is in stark contrast to the visit I made on the same day to Bensons for beds. The member of staff stayed at his computer with no greeting. I found that in comparison, Bensons was far more expensive. I felt that I was being hurried to make my decision with very little information given.
