  I am very disappointed with my experience with Dreams. Before purchasing my new bed and mattress at the Derby store, I specifically asked whether my old bed and mattress could be taken away. The lady who dealt with my order assured me that she would arrange this with the delivery team, and I trusted the information I was given. Unfortunately, when my new bed was delivered, the team only took the old mattress and told me they could not take the old bed. I was extremely disappointed, as this was something I had specifically discussed before making my purchase. Had I been given the correct information, I would have purchased my new bed and mattress from another company that could remove both the old bed and mattress. I feel I should have been given accurate information so I could make an informed decision. I am genuinely very unhappy that I am now left with my old bed outside my front door, despite being assured it would be taken away.

  Great choice of beds and mattresses, very knowledgeable staff We were met by a lovely young lady called Lily who put us on the Sleepmatch machine and talked us through options of beds and mattresses. It was near closing time but we weren't hurried at all. Went back the next day to recheck all our choices, Lily again helped us. She made us a coffee then talked through insurance & delivery options. She worked out some great discounts for us and couldn't be more helpful Now we are really looking forward to our delivery in October

  I cannot even give this company 1 star rating We ordered a bed on the 10/05/2026 Paid £1500 deposit told a delivery date August 20 We got rid of the old bed the day before ready for the delivery We got a email on the 19 August saying that will not be delivered due to problems We had no bed to sleep on absolutely poor It was rescheduled for 09/09/2026 Were still waiting for a response from the company for a time slot Nobody seems to want to answer the phone when we call For saying they are a big company the after service is absolutely appalling Regards David Wesson

  Just purchased an ottoman bed from Alicia at Dreams Bed Centre on the Meteor Centre Derby. Fantastic service, great value. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by her friendly face and a smile. She was extremely polite and patient and was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and gave me every option available. 5 * for service, well deserved. This is in stark contrast to the visit I made on the same day to Bensons for beds. The member of staff stayed at his computer with no greeting. I found that in comparison, Bensons was far more expensive. I felt that I was being hurried to make my decision with very little information given.
