- MJMick JadeSep 28, 20261.0We bought their mattresses, and a month later they sagged, causing lower back and back pain—a shitty mattress.
- GBGillian BlakemanSep 25, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. We purchased a mattress from this shop approx 3-1/2 yrs ago costing £1,200. The sides have completely collapsed which means effectively sleep on the wooden frame of our bed. This issue has caused me to seek medical attention for back & neck pain. After complaining we have had 2 engineers out to view the mattress, I whole hearted agree with wear and tear however the excuse they gave about the wooden slats not being measure equally apart. Would not affect the collapse of the sides. I have returned to the shop and questioned a member of staff regarding issues raised on the report. The member of staff contradicted what had been raised in the report. I have not received any aftercare, or valid explanations to the collapse of the mattress, nor any offer of good wilI towards a new mattress. I currently sleep with a toddlers bed gaurd at the side of our bed to save me from falling out. I am totally dissatisfied with the whole experience. Gillian Blakeman
