- PSPhil Sidwell5 days ago1.0Shop is great. Problems arise when order arrives. No instructions and tools missing. Rang, I was 4th in the queue, estimated 90mins to answer. So basically no one answering the phones. Tried chat, get answer in seconds is what they said; reality was, got a reply in just over 20 hours which did not address any issues raised. Tried sending email, but a week later still no reply. Tried finding assembly instructions on website but list of instruction on website did not include our model. Finally found the instructions, but they were for an old model so were incorrect in places. Shop totally let down by an abysmal head office.

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
