  I absolutely loved visiting and storing my belongings here. I had Jared who was amazing at making my transition here very smooth and effective. He was very good at explaining and communicating how everything works. I will definitely store my belongings here again!

  I received an excellent service from Pairavy. She was so helpful and professional. She was also sympathetic and understanding of my situation. A really genuine, kind, patient person. Thank you so much for helping me organise storage for my furniture and belongings. You made what was an upsetting situation a lot easier.

  I wanted to leave a review to recognise the outstanding team at Safestore Coventry who were working on the afternoon of Wednesday 17th June. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we dealt with was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Moving and unpacking can be a stressful experience, but the team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were able to get settled and unpacked on time. A special thank you to Rashida Begum and the other members of staff who helped us that afternoon. Both were absolutely fantastic. At one point I became overwhelmed and upset, and instead of simply carrying on with their work, they took the time to reassure me, show genuine kindness, and make sure I was okay. Their compassion and understanding meant more to me than I can put into words. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels so genuine and personal. The team didn’t just help with storage and logistics; they made a difficult day much easier to get through. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly exceptional. Safestore Coventry should be very proud of the team they have. Every member of staff we encountered was a credit to the company, and I am incredibly grateful for the support, kindness, and care they showed throughout the day. Thank you all for turning what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one.
