  Good points: good choice of kitchens, reasonable discount, friendly staff Bad points: please please please make sure your fitter checks the Magnet advisors measurements. Our advisor measured our kitchen too small which caused lots of issues resulting in our original fitter leaving the job. There was a 9 day delay until new ones started. They have done a fantastic job but have had to be in constant contact with Magnet consistently changing units and doors so it would fit. The fit and delay took three weeks. Having no kitchen sink,washing machine, cooker or food prep areas in a household with four adults for that amount of time just before Christmas was no fun. Also, when the kitchen is delivered, it may be worth stacking the individual parts for each unit together so the fitter is able to access them easier (the units are not coloured coded like some companies, but have long serial numbers instead which is quite confusing).

  Very helpful staff, good show room, nice to have been offered tea or coffee. Well worth a visit, with good selection of kitchen and appliances.
