However, we have been told twice now there is a delay with our mattress and it will be 7 weeks since ordering, we would never have bought this mattress if we knew this, very poor and will be coming into the store.

Over £700 spend in this store over a month ago, I am very disappointed. No manager available as he's on holiday. They also don't no when they'll be able to source a new mattress! I paid the recycling fee for my old bed and mattress which both we're put outside last night as requested by Geoff when we made the purchase! So I have a base without a mattress! I feel robbed, no real explanation given, no idea when they'll be able to source the mattress we bought. Been on hold with customer service over an hour. Very poor service. 8/9/2026
