I was served very efficiently by Geoffrey who took me to all the recommended mattresses after the Dreams 'Test' bed. he gave me time to try out each one, with a pillow of my choice. There was no pressure for a sale at any of them and I chose the first one that I tried in the beginning. Happily for me it was half price today 8th June. I am so looking forward to getting a good nights sleep and 'Thank you, Geoffrey for all your help today. Sharon Strutt

The fact I am still waiting for my completion date for my house wasn’t an issue as I can let DREAMS know and they will just move the date. Overall very happy for my first dealings with this company.
- ATANGIE` TApr 20, 20265.0Purchased a new bed yesterday and the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Josh welcomed us as soon as we entered the shop and was an amazing sales representative. Nothing was too much trouble for him, as I was changing my mind all the time. He was calculating all the different bed prices for me on the spot. He had the patience of a saint. Very knowledgeable and didn’t push anything onto me, just let me decide. Once the decision was made, we had a lovely cup of tea and Josh explained everything as he was inputting it into the computer. I felt very comfortable with Josh and I’m very happy with my purchase and I look forward to receiving my new bed in May. Thank you 🙏
