Took us through the sleepmatch scanner, great piece of technology to narrow down the options and from there Wayne talked us through the mattresses and different offerings from dreams. We also got a hot drink which is a lovely touch. We wouldnt go anywhere else for a mattress thanks to Wayne!

- AHamanda HudspithJun 28, 20265.0We were greeted at the store by very friendly and helpful staff and after explaining what we wanted we were told about the Sleepmatch machine which in 3 mins would determine what mattress would suit us best. We were offered a pillow to take with us to try on the big selection of beds on display. The sleepmatch machine narrowed the search down and after testing a few beds made our decision avoiding trying out unsuitable mattresses. We were offered a hot or cold drink and then staff left us to wander round to choose a bedframe, we were not harassed like you can be in some stores, everything was very relaxed. Five stars to Dreams in Carlisle and the 3 lovely members of staff managing the store.

Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
