- VMVictoria MorrittAug 26, 20265.0Visited the shop today looking for a mattress and were greeted by Christine and Moremi. We were taken through the sleepmatch process and shown all of the mattresses it suggested in a non pressured environment. Perfect service from both and very happy with the information given, came away with a full quote for the mattress and pillows we want with a view to go back this weekend before the bank holiday offer runs out. Fabulous, would definitely recommend!
- WDwendy defreitasAug 21, 20261.0Bought a mattress 4 years ago. £1500! It cost. We tried that sample bed that tells you what is best for you. Thought we were doing right with what the sales assistant said. Ordered bed. Came marked! The mattress is bobbly and has not kept it shape! We are not over weight people! Staples were the manufacturers ! I’ll never go back to this store again! They seen us coming. Funny enough I am not the first person to say this. Someone I know said the same ! Complete con. I’ll never return to the store.
- BBben butlerAug 5, 20265.0Wayne in the Carlisle shop was brilliant. So knowledgeable and helpful in finding us a fantastic mattress. Took us through the sleepmatch scanner, great piece of technology to narrow down the options and from there Wayne talked us through the mattresses and different offerings from dreams. We also got a hot drink which is a lovely touch. We wouldnt go anywhere else for a mattress thanks to Wayne!
- PFPaulina FurlongAug 4, 20265.0Lovely service from Moremi, even got offered a drink. On our first visit Moremi was happy to show us around and explained options in more detail. On the second visit, purchase was very quick. Moremi recognised us and was happy to complete the order.
- PGPaul GanleyJul 13, 20265.0Amazing service! Charlie was lovely with our little boy, tested him for his matress type which he loved! And went over and above to find something suitable and match our timeframe. Thank you for making our little boy's first bed choosing experience at great one!
