She showed us all different types of mattresses and pillows so we can find out perfect match. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for thanks to Lauren. Definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a new bed frame, mattress or pillows.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the different options and discounts without being pushy. She gave us plenty of time to look around on our own and helped us think about things we hadn’t even considered, like whether the bed would fit up our stairs. From the moment we walked in we were in the excellent hands of Lauren who let us try the mattress fathemer outerer machine which was an absolute treat and suggests ( along with Lauren's axpert guidance) which mattress is suitable for each individual posture , and it gives you a nice massage too. Then onto the mattresses that were suggested which we both really found comfortable. Without taking the machines suggestion for granted we proceeded to try every mattress in the store and then reverted back to the initial mattresses that were selected so a testimony to both the machine and Lauren . We were even offered a brew and biscuits !! Choice made , deal done and delivery slot booked for 2 weeks time . Can't wait to finally get a good night's sleep . Thanks Dreams
