- MSM.Hossein SJul 24, 20261.0Absolutely disgraceful service from Dreams. After assessing my back problems and ongoing pain, we agreed that I needed a firm or very firm mattress. Instead, they delivered a soft mattress. Since sleeping on it, my back pain has become significantly worse over the past three months. I now struggle through work every day from 6 a.m. until the afternoon while dealing with severe pain. I contacted Dreams and was eventually given a delivery date for a replacement very firm mattress. After waiting 20 days, the delivery never arrived—no proper explanation and no solution. I have called several times since, and each time they say, “We’ll call you back.” Nobody ever does. I am still waiting, and no one is taking responsibility. They were quick to take our money, but when their mistake seriously affected my health, they completely abandoned us. Appalling customer service, broken promises and absolutely no accountability. Avoid Dreams if you value your health, time and money
