- CMClaire MansellJun 15, 20265.0I purchased a Therapur 3800 mattress in February and, unfortunately, experienced significant sagging after only three months of use. Given that the mattress cost around £1,500 even at the sale price, this was extremely disappointing. I have owned much cheaper mattresses in the past that have remained comfortable and supportive for well over 10 years without any similar issues. Dreams arranged for an inspection, and while the assessor measured a 2.7cm dip, I was advised this fell within their accepted tolerance of up to 3cm, so the case was considered closed. Naturally, I was very unhappy with this outcome given the short time I had owned the mattress. Thankfully, Byron at the Crewe store went above and beyond to help. He persistently liaised with the central customer service team on my behalf and ultimately secured a comfort exchange as a resolution. Throughout the process, Byron was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, offering valuable advice on alternative mattresses while giving me the time I needed to make the right choice. Although my experience with the mattress itself was disappointing, the exceptional service I received from Byron completely changed my impression of the company. I would not hesitate to recommend the Crewe branch—the staff there truly make all the difference.
