  Lots of attention by the staff when I arrived. Made my process of sending personal goods to Portugal, very efficient and fast. Couldn't recommend Safestore Self Storage for DHL enough, absolutely fabulous.

  Great experience with the Bury unit. Meghan was very kind and helpful prior to us arriving at the unit taking time to explain the process. On arrival the experience was duplicated in that a thorough explanation of the process was made and then a detailed orientation of access to the unit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and utilise myself again.

  I came to surestore Bury yesterday and just passed through seen some great reviews online. So thought I would check out the site. Warmly greeted by Lee, who was friendly, knowledgeable and had a smile on his face. Had a quick chat about using storage in the future, will definitely be visiting sure store bury in the future. Great customer service.

  It was my first time using this DHL service or visiting the location. I had a courier arranged over the phone to collect a parcel from my address yet I was unable print a label. Mo & Connor were both at their desks when I entered and instantly and calmly worked in tandem to efficiently assist in expediting the service I asked for. Further to that, they exceeded my expectations by arranging and reassuring me they could have the parcel collected from their location. All questions were proactively addressed and I was left in no doubt that my parcel would get its destination safely and securely. I usually stress-inducing task for me was handled brilliantly. I left feeling perkier, calmer & brighter than when I went in; setting me up well for the rest of my day.

  I called Safestore Bury today and received absolute peace of mind thanks to Connor! From the moment he answered the phone, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient while answering all of my questions. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even gave me helpful advice and information I hadn’t previously considered, which I really appreciated. Connor made the whole process feel so much easier and far less stressful. Thanks to his excellent customer service, I’m now really looking forward to visiting the Bury branch on Saturday to find the perfect storage unit with Megan’s help. A huge thank you to both Connor and the team — outstanding service already!
