I vacated my unit on 14 August with my storage paid, yet I’ve continued receiving emails demanding further payment and referring to debt collectors. I’ve called and emailed several times to explain this, but the emails continue. Really poor customer service.

Once I arrived, Ben and Kim were really helpful with explaining the process and have both been very helpful every other time I’ve visited the facility. Would recommend.

Unloading area was littered, dirty and carts were left haphazardly. Overall, not a welcoming experience and certainly nowhere near as clean and tidy as the storage units we’ve used in Worcester and Malvern.
