  We were greeted by Ash as soon as we entered the store. We explained what we were looking for and explained that we had been to the High Wycombe store and had used the sleep match facility. He showed us the mattresses available and offered us a choice of pillows. We didn’t feel rushed and were very pleased with our purchase.

  My partner and I recently visited Dreams, and we had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Everton. I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Everton was incredibly welcoming and friendly, immediately putting us at ease. He took the time to genuinely understand our needs instead of rushing us into a decision, which made a huge difference. His depth of knowledge really stood out. He clearly knows his products inside out and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, even for people like us who were not particularly familiar with what to look for. Before speaking with Everton, we had not realised just how important choosing the right mattress truly is. He walked us through all the options and explained how different types of mattresses support the body, improve sleep quality, and impact long term health. His insight was incredibly informative and helped us appreciate factors we had never considered, such as sleeping positions, pressure points, and overall comfort. Another thing that really impressed us was how patient and respectful he was. We asked a lot of questions, took our time trying different mattresses, and changed our minds a few times, but Everton remained calm, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. It is also important to mention that prior to this visit, I had a very poor experience with Dreams. I had previously spent over £5000 and received substandard customer service and aftercare regarding my product. Because of this, I was very reluctant to return to the store at all. However, Everton completely changed that perception. He took the time to listen to what had happened, noted down all the details, and went out of his way to follow this up with the customer service team. That level of care and initiative meant a lot and showed that he genuinely values customers and their experience. This review is written solely because of Everton. He is an absolute asset to Dreams and someone the company should truly appreciate. His professionalism, friendliness, patience, and knowledge set a standard that others should follow. In my opinion, he would be more than capable of taking on a higher role within the company, and he deserves to be recognised and rewarded for the outstanding service he provides. We left feeling confident, informed, and very pleased with our experience, all thanks to Everton. I could not recommend him highly enough.

  Have been to Dreams on two occasions over the last two weeks. First visit, I was helped by Anisha who was incredibly helpful and patient with my husband and I, we didnt have a clue what we wanted. She was terrific. The second visit was today. My son and I were helped by Faz and once again he was helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy with all options. I would highly recommend shopping at Dreams.

  Went in to get a mattress. I had no idea where to start. Faizan was really helpful, he talked me through what all my options were, he was straight to the point and answered all of my questions. I ended up with a great mattress. We’ve been coming to Dreams for years and would highly recommend Faizan, and the team. Great service!
