- MMMKTigerOct 5, 20265.0Really helpful staff, lots of choice and a sleep analysis machine that tells you your sleeping position and recommends your preferred matress!
- MFMorgan ForrestSep 5, 20265.0Me and my partner went in today for a new mattress, we were greeted by friendly staff. We were unsure of what type of mattress we needed and a member of staff (Sarah) helped us with a machine that measures us and finds what type of mattress we needed. It matched us to one we already liked, Sarah gave us specific pillows to try for the way we sleep. We found our perfect mattress thanks to Sarah and a mattress protector to go with it. We had gone into bensons for beds just before and we were walked past by staff and not acknowledged at all, and decided to just leave. There was a massive difference walking into dreams, we were greeted by friendly staff straight away even though they had less staff in the store then bensons, 10/10 customer service for dreams!
