I bought the most expensive TV bed they sell and after 2 months things went wrong, the bed isn't designed properly, the handles keep coming off the ottoman and the base keeps moving underneath the bed. Cant use it for intended purpose. I complained over live chat, promised they would send replacements parts but still waiting!
They delivered it and installed it and aftercare is non existent!
We bought a TV bed from dreams, arrived broke the tv mechanism dosnt work so bed is useless. We tried to contact to remedy this no one cares...we have been a good customer previously but not anymore and it's come now to pursue legally.
Do not visit this store. I went in today after Big 40% Sale signs were all over the front of the store in TVTE Gateshead. I spent about 30 minutes looking for a bed frame. I decided to buy a Chloe, clearly priced at £699 When the sales assistant took me to the desk to make payment, and delivery arrangements etc, the price increased by £100 taking the advertised of £699 to £799. The sales lady approached the manager about this, and the manager said he would not let me have it at the advertised price of £699.
Obviously, I didn't buy. But contacted customer service. They said the bed was £699. And give me no explanation why they tried to charge me £100 more than the proper price. Do not use Dreams Beds.
