  Went in there recently just with a few enquiries and cannot fault the staff at all. Polite, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Definitely recommend. Air con is lovely in there as well.

  The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The whole place, including the units, is clean and in very good condition. Great prices and special offers. Nothing more, nothing less. I recommend it.

  From the online booking process to the opening of the unit, everything was very smooth and efficient. The courtesy phone call from Beth shortly after booking, and her help in finding me a bigger unit after the one I'd originally booked was too small, helped to reduce what was initially a quite stressful experience (having to find storage for the contents of my garage at extremely short notice). The unit itself was ideal for what I needed, and the process to give notice of vacation was just a simple phone call. I would definitely use this facility again if I needed storage. Well recommended.

  Richard was lovely, really friendly, polite and was able to help me with my delivery request, clearly and efficiently. He advised me of an issue with the telephone number I provided for the recipient, as the area code was incorrect, and he updated the number to keep from any delays.

  The worst place to store your belongings. I stored my belongings with Safe Storage for around 7 weeks, and when I collected them, my suitcases and the items inside were covered in mould. My possessions were in their care for nearly two months, yet they were returned in a damaged condition. I contacted Safe Storage immediately to report the issue, but they refused to take any responsibility and instead blamed everything on me. Rather than investigating what had happened or showing any concern for the damage caused, they simply dismissed my complaint and denied any accountability. Their lack of professionalism and customer care was extremely disappointing. When you trust a storage company with your belongings, you expect them to be returned in the same condition they were left in. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect Safe Storage to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I would never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage provider.
