From the very beginning, his customer service was at the highest level. He never pressured us into making a purchase; instead, he focused on our needs. I mentioned that I suffer from back pain during sleep, and thanks to his advice, we were able to use the Sleepmatch machine, which analyzed exactly what kind of mattress would be right for both me and my wife simultaneously. After the testing process, Slim presented several options that met our criteria. He showed us more affordable models as well as the one we ultimately chose: the TEMPUR Pro Air SmartCool™ Plus Medium Firm 25cm Mattress. While it is quite an investment, it is worth every penny in every possible way. As a bonus, we also received a TEMPUR duvet for free, which retails at £369! I truly believe this is one of the best decisions we’ve made for our sleep comfort. If anyone is hesitant about buying a TEMPUR mattress—don’t be.
