  We had a first-rate customer experience with Haroon today when we purchased our new memory foam king mattress. We had our ideal mattress identified by the sleepmatch machine, which was lovely. Haroon arranged a customised mattress size for our European frame, discussed all details of delivery, recycling of the old mattress, and finance. Very good

  Very disappointing experience at Dreams. I visited with my uncle’s family to purchase a bed and spent approximately £1,000. Unfortunately, the service we received from the sales assistant (Haroon) was completely unacceptable. Throughout our visit, his attitude was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. He spoke sharply to the children in our group (aged 6 and 9), telling them to be quiet while they were simply trying mattresses like any customer would. His behaviour upset them so much that one of the children was left in tears. He also repeatedly rushed us, saying we needed to hurry because he was late for his break. This made the whole experience very uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially when making such a significant purchase. In addition, I was charged £39 for delivery to a room of choice.When I asked for clarification, he was dismissive and did not explain properly. I also asked about a student discount (I have a student card and Unidays offers 10%), but he ignored this completely and showed no interest in helping he only seemed focused on going on his break. However, upon delivery, the driver informed me that this charge should not have applied, as I live in a studio flat and no such service was provided. The item was only delivered to the entrance/stairs. This shows I was wrongly charged due to poor communication and lack of proper explanation. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the conduct of this staff member. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved, including a refund of the £39 charge.

  Took my mum to the store to look at beds and mattress, joshua was really good at helping us, we went on the bed thing that helped to show what mattress was good for my mum, then did the same for me, he also offered me a drink and made sure i was fine when it made my head go a bit funny, also Jeff was really good and helped too. I have added a photo of my dreams bear that I have had for years and now he has a friend Snusan they look a bit lonely without Beddie 🤣🤣
