  Popped in today and was served a lovely guy called Steve, he was so attentive to my needs and listened to all my requirements, he got me to try the sleep thingy machine which suggested mattresses for me and my husband who wasn’t with me at the time, he then showed me the options and gave me a nice cold drink lovely touch as I was scorching hot, I didn’t buy today as need the hubby to be with me, but I will be back prob for that Tempur.

  My experience at dreams Luton branch was very easy Naveed was very professional & knowledgeable & gave me the best options for our needs. As we need a bed for my husband's disability & also a bed for myself. Would highly recommend to others great experience. Kind regards Michelle Stansfield

  Visited dreams today and I've got to say is the best experience of any shop I have encountered. I explained what I was looking for the shop assistant took his time with us explaining all the different options that we had we tried the Machine that measures you for your comfort in the bed and he showed us the best products on offer he did not rush us we took our time and was even given the cup of coffee or hot chocolate which on the experience of other bed shops in that area none of them can touch dreams I'm 110% satisfied with the service that I got they was upfront and didn't hide anything they answered my questions and I am totally satisfied with my purchase. I'm awaiting delivery but overall on the experience of going in and choosing a bed I cannot fault.

  I had a fantastic experience at Dreams. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed. A member of staff greeted me straight away with a friendly and approachable attitude, which immediately put me at ease. I was even offered a hot drink, which was a really nice touch and made the whole experience feel relaxed rather than rushed. The service throughout was excellent. The staff took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure. They asked all the right questions and clearly knew their products well, helping me find a mattress that perfectly suited my needs. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I’d definitely recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a new mattress and a genuinely pleasant shopping experience.

  We recently spent nearly £5,000 at Dreams on a new bed, mattress, pillows, and bedside tables. To start with, the in-store experience was excellent, the salesperson who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel confident in our purchase. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. Delivery day was incredibly disappointing. We paid extra for full delivery, assembly, and removal of our old bed, expecting a smooth, hassle free experience. Instead, the delivery team assembled the bed incorrectly and then left it in a non-working state. The bed (which includes a built-in TV mechanism) wouldn’t operate and rather than properly resolving the issue, they seemed unsure what to do, made a few calls and ultimately just left, telling us customer service would follow up. After they left, my husband discovered the issue himself within minutes. The remote worked perfectly fine. Despite this, we were left with a faulty setup and had to rearrange our lives for a second visit the next day, meaning my husband missed two days of work. When you spend this kind of money, you expect professionalism from start to finish. It’s incredibly frustrating to be “fobbed off” at the final stage after such a promising start. The lack of accountability and poor problem-solving from the delivery team completely let the experience down. Great in-store service, but the delivery and installation process was unacceptable. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
