- KGkalliopi giouliSep 3, 20241.0WORST EXPERIENCE EVER After almost 2 months we still haven't finish with our kitchen.....Everything arrived on time and then everything starts to go wrong ....there was no worktop in the delivery and when we contacted them Mr. Kamlesh said that we didn't order one, so they had to make another delivery in the next week for a new worktop that we had to pay extra even if we agreed in first place the price of the kitchen with the worktop ...The worktop arrived and of course was the wrong one so Mr. Kamlesh said that we can keep that instead of what we ordered ...after long conversations finally our worktop arrived after 2 weeks ...the quality of units wasn't what they said to us , very poor and they don't fit nice and the panels were damaged..we contacted them again and they said that it was productions fault and after a long conversation finally they send another one and we had to pay again to take them out and replace them with the new ones ...Last but not least we are still dealing with them cause the unit over the fridge wasn't what they had on the plan which leaves a space of 30cm gap above the fridge..WHAT ELSE CAN GO WRONG ..?
