  John was an absolute star!!! Extremely approachable and helpful. Made us feel so comfortable and at ease with asking for any assistance and/or further information. You need people like John that help your child feel so supported especially international students who need all the help they can get. Thank you Safe store for being so great 🫶🏽. Hope you know what a great staff member you have in John 🤩

  I've had a great experience with Safe Store Bath. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which gave me confidence that my belongings were in good hands. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to answer any questions, making the whole process straightforward from start to finish.   I was helped a couple of days ago by one of their employees, Ty, and he was impeccable. You might expect customer service to decline, or at least experience a slight downtick, as a company scales up its business, but thankfully this does not seem to be the case with Safestore. Even though Safestore is one of the largest self-storage providers in the UK, it continues to prove time and again that it genuinely cares about its customers through the professionalism and dedication of its employees - which, in all fairness, may well be the very reason for its success.
