- HAHugh AlabasterJun 21, 20265.0Unbelievable store. Peerless customer service. Bed experts whose knowledge makes the great thinkers of the enlightenment seem like nursery children by comparison.

Frequently Asked Questions About Dreams Bath
Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I need a new mattress but I don't know where to start?
We spend roughly one third of our lives asleep, so it's essential to find the perfect one. Our website has some handy guides to explain all the different types of mattress, but if you would rather hear this face to face from one of our sleep experts in-store then pop along. While you are there, try out Sleepmatch. It's a smart bit of tech that chooses the right mattress just for you and the way you sleep. It only takes 3 minutes and its only available at Dreams
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
