What I particularly appreciated was that the staff were never pushy. They genuinely took the time and effort to explain the different options and features, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The Sleepmatch technology was excellent and really helpful in identifying the right mattress for our needs. A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Morag and the team at Dreams Kittybrewster!

We used the 100 days guarantee and changed mattress and this was super easy, a phone call to customer service and it was very quick and we experienced no hassle with it at all. All the staff in Kittybrewster, Aberdeen were helpful and not pushy. On our second visit, to go and choose a replacement mattress, as we were leaving one of the staff members who we had not spoken to before checked in on us to make sure we had got what we needed. He went out of his way to give us advice and support. He was exceptionally helpful and is an absolute credit to the company. If all sales people were like Ronnie it would be awesome! Thank you Ronnie. Overall we have had a superb experience and would definitely recommend Dreams and the Dreams store in Aberdeen.

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
