    This is a great service. Very fast and easy to get a replacement key if you lose one or lock yourself out. And can send a key immediately anywhere if you need to - perfect if you are on vacation and house sitter loses key. The only problem is the kiosks sometimes have issues and peopla at the location - Lowe's, Home Depot - have no idea about the machines. Their people who make keys could at least know basics. One time the machine froze and another time digital key was never sent. Had to go to different location each time. But from what I can find out, it was a very simple error in both cases and just needed to redo in a few minutes. But no one had any idea. So just had minor issues. Overall the service is great and would highly recommend.

    After having keys cut, the first two cuts on the key were wrong and all 6 keys didn't work. went to Home Depo and recut keys. The keys are nice but don't do me no good if I cant use them.
