Normally I like Lowes. Right now I am EXREMELY unhappy with them. two and a half weeks ago I went in to buy a new fridge. My old one is on the fritz. Found one that my wife and I liked. Ordered it and waited for the delivery. It shows up and it's damaged. Dents and latch for door were badly dented and bent. Refused delivery and had another scheduled to be delivered. The second fridge shows up and the box is damaged and the back where the cooling lines are is dented in badly and the cooling lines are busted up. Refused again. Scheduled a new delivery. Third fridge show up today. Guess what? The front door is dented in real bad.
So that's three refrigerators in two weeks that had to be sent back due to damage. They even tried to get my wife to except this last one and they would give a discount. Who is actually going to except a severely dented fridge that they paid 1600 for. NOT ME!! I'm truly pissed about this. The second delivery, the driver said it's the distribution centers fault. That they don't tale care when unloading and loading trucks. I really don't care whose fault, I just want a fridge that isn't messed up and works.
Another thing too. This delivery of the third fridge was worse because of the delivery person cussing and screaming and hitting his truck. It scared my wife. This is the kind of people they are having deliver there goods? People that can't contain their frustration and decide to cuss at the people they are delivering to?
Lowes, DO BETTER!! I'm done with you.
