    Absolutely do not buy any home appliance from here. The folks at the store are fine, but their distribution center is extremely incompetent. I asked for a single washer and dryer and that was supposed to be next day delivery. Turns on the next day they break the unit in delivery. You will not believe what happens next. They reschedule it for the first thing the next morning and low and behold it's broken too. Except this time they struggle to tell me the damage as well. So the same company cannot deliver a single square back to back because they can't seem to protect the items in route. Losing company money and losing customers. That was the last straw for me

    Lowes pro account holder very disappointed with the lack of follow through from Lowe's Woodstock. Multiple phone calls, texts, and emails. I expect much more from lowes. Called the phone number provide in Lowe's response to discuss further and it was a general phone number with no prompt to get me to a person to resolve the still outstanding issue. Still disappointed. You have my name and you can look up my pro account to find my contact details. Please call me.

    They have what you need for that home repair project you’re trying to complete, but be prepared for at least one person to approach you for a sales pitch. It rujns my shopping experience every time.

    Update: Day 226. Thank you for responding however the phone number you provided turned out to be another endless loop without a human interaction or assistance. You should contact the Woodstock GA store and get MY contact information. Vernon the store manager has it. Why does the customer have to chase everything with you?? I am on day 225 since my kitchen was demoed by Lowe’s for a remodel. The work is still not done. The issues I have experienced are unacceptable - from electrical work done incorrectly to plumbing work done incorrectly I have had to pay out of pocket to have these issues corrected. In addition, the lack of a clear process for resolution has been extremely frustrating along with the Lowe’s vendors finger pointing the blame to each other and no single point of contact for the job itself. My kitchen floors were damaged, first by the Lowe’s delivery crew who brought in my new appliances and removed the old and then by the water issues created by Lowe’s. I paid in full almost 10 months ago. The store manager in Woodstock has been sent photo documentation via email and I’ve gotten no response.

    Jodi was super helpful, And straightened everything out for us as did the cashiers in the customer service department all excellent.
