Both Todd and Scott were extremely helpful and friendly when I had a few questions regarding move out. The only reason I left is because we moved in to a new home with more space. My only single complaint is the rate increases after the promotional period, but that comes with pretty much any storage unit and on top of that, they were smaller increases than I’ve seen from other facilities.
