  Steva and Deedra make it feel like you are just leaving a few of your things with a close friend. They go above and beyond in every aspect. Including being personable. Getting to know you. You don't see that very much anymore, and it was incredibly welcoming for me. Storage space is clean and easily accessible. Great prices. And they go out of their way to keep you informed of anything going on. Couldn't recommend any higher.

  I've had an indoor unit here for 2 years and have no complaints! Very friendly people to work with and willing to help out wherever they can. Very secure and clean.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Storeaway Mini Warehouses in Winder, Georgia, thanks to Steva and Deedra! Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the whole process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — which is not something you usually say about storage units! They were patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Their customer service truly stood out, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Because of them, I would 100% recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area. Steva and Deedra are amazing!

  We have been with StorAway for several years, and recently we reached a point where we weren’t sure we could continue due to financial constraints. What could have been a very stressful and discouraging experience turned into one filled with relief and clarity because of Deedra Wagner. From the moment I sat down with her, the level of care, compassion, and genuine concern she showed made a lasting impact and truly helped us make some important decisions. Deedra took the time to patiently walk us through our options and thoughtfully accommodated our downgrade without ever making us feel rushed, embarrassed, or like an inconvenience. She made it a priority to understand our unique situation and our needs, taking the time to truly get to know us on a personal level. With Deedra, nothing ever feels transactional or “just business.” She leads with heart, empathy, and integrity, always looking for ways to help, support, and guide you.
