    I needed a spool of wire that Lowes keeps locked up in a cage. I was looking for an employee to assist me. No employees could be located in the area so I wandered over to the paint dept. She looked at me and seemed to have trouble communicating. I saw another employee walk by so I quickly ranbover to him. He pointed to the gal working the self checkout. I started to look for someone else and the employee from paint finally made it over to the wire cage. After several attempts to open the lock she started to walk away. I gave her the idea that if I assisted her we could get the spool out over the cage door. She walked away. I went over to the pro desk and she called a couple of employees but they were busy. Her third contact said he would meet me there. After a few minutes of waiting, I attempted to get the spool of wire myself. I gave up and just waited for help. When the help arrived, he had no problem opening the lock to the cage. Then he made me feel like a criminal and had to hand carry the spool of wire to the counter. Suggestions are, if you are going to lock things up, have employees available and smart enough to unlock them. Stop treating your customers like criminals. Once you unlock the cage, give the customer the item so that we can inspect it and read thr package. Very poor service. Wasted 20 minutes on one item.

    Was there to buy requested items for a birthday present. When shopping at lawn and garden we needed a price on trees/grapes the manager went to lunch and there was no one else that could give a mark down price??? Left $350. + in cart and left. The girl in lawn care was really trying to help. Bad manager experience. Shelly or Shebly was her name.

    This lowe's store does not have enough help.And you have to find somebody to help you, which is ridiculous.When you are going there to buy something that you have to search around to find someone to help you. I absolutely hate going to the store and only do it when I absolutely have to.I would rather order from home depot and have it delivered. Also, when you finally do find something that you're looking for it's either out of stock.Or there's one left in the box is open.And you don't know if everything is inside the store is a disaster.The only part of the store which I can say is good is the outdoor section.

    Can NEVER get anyone to help....took an hour and a half to get paint on a Sunday. Apparently the only paint person on duty has to get shopping carts.
