We ordered 30 concrete blocks for our tiny home. We had to put off delivery of the home twice because these blocks never showed up. The original scheduled date was last Wed. Then Fri and now today. As of today, Monday, Oct 20th at 2pm the bricks still haven't come. We had to cancel the order and go with Home Depot. Getting in touch with this store was such a hassle, with calls taking 5 minutes or longer to be answered. I normally shop the Macon store that has outstanding customer service! This was an online order.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
