Every staff member we encountered today had a smile and was very helpful! Ms. Kaylee (Sorry if I misspelled your name.) was especially helpful when I had unexpected pain from my recently replaced knees. She helped us to a quiet spot where I could sit in one of their wheelchairs to rest and catch my breath. She checked on me several times before we checked out. I sooo appreciated her attentiveness while the front end was so busy as closing time approached! Thank you to Ms. Kaylee, CSM, and the whole staff at this Hobby Lobby location! This store was clean, with a friendly and efficient staff... even while super busy!!!
