- SHShondra HallDec 7, 20251.0Coat dropped off 11/29. Told it would be ready Tuesday 12/2. Went at 5pm on 2nd. Not ready. I told them I will be back Friday. Not ready. Came Sunday 12/7 after 3pm. Not ready. I asked for coat back. Still in same condition. After being told a special spot service was needed. Which I was not aware of it needing. Also. In 12/2 young lady told me they had cleaned it but still spots. This boat has not been touched! I wanted to patronize a local business, but not one who is not transparent on what items need and a realistic timeframe of when my item will be ready. Unfortunately, I will not be back. At this age, you get one time.
