I was in town for a doctor appointment and realized the Vidalia Lowe's had the brown mulch that I sorely needed to finish my backyard. Last night showed it unavailable and this morning it showed they had some. I didn't realize there was a 4-Hour pickup window required when I ordered. I waited about a half hour and then went by. Even though it wasn't ready they picked the order for me and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
I've done a tremendous amount of business with them through delivery, but this was my first time interacting with them face to face. I could not have been any more pleased. Highly recommend! Thank you! 🙋🏼♀️

They have pretty much anything you need for house repairs. The staff is friendly but not easy to find sometimes. Prices are decent but not great.

Drove and hour to get 4 things. 3 of them you didnt have and one was way more than home depot and more than double amazon prices. Your electrical wiring is so overpriced. And you didnt have the laser 360 level I needed, you didnt have any dryer cords and didnt have any dryer outlet box units. What a waste. Guess I need to start driving to dublin instead.
Here is an update because I came back today for more. Website shows shiplap out of stock. So, I get tongue and groove which I also like. Then I see a pallet of unstoxked shiplap. About 500 pieces. So I get the shiplap after all. I Go to check out. She asks how many pieces. I started this project with 20 for one wall. She counts and says 21. Ok, fine. She is prob right. Then she asks me to do a survey. I say yes. I scan the code on my phone and she does the entire survey for me??!! So, how is this a survey if your employees are filling it out? I go outside and double check my count. There is 20 and not 21. I pull my cart all the way over to customer service. They recount and yes there is only 20. I get my refund and on my way after just another ordinary day at lowes. What a mess!
