I went to Lowe’s in Vidalia ga to get a 8 ft sheet of vinyl roofing. My Lowe’s app said they had 17 clear, 8 ft sheets. I could only find 1 sheet that was 12 feet. Finally I got someone to wait on me. I told her I didn’t need 12 ft, just 8. She said they could not sell it like that. Then I offered to buy the whole sheet if she could get someone to cut to where I could haul it home. She said they didn’t have anyone to cut it. I asked her for a pair of snips and I would cut it. She said they didn’t have anything to it cut with.
Sorry customer service at its finest.

If you are going to order anything on line from Lowe’s of Vidalia. We are business owners who order shelving for my flower shop. Which we have to have before we can proceed in moving my work area. We received a text confirming delivery time and I responded. When they didn’t show up to deliver, my husband called and they told him due to no response, they canceled the delivery. Which they rescheduled for today December 2nd. When we didn’t have a delivery, I called and spoke to someone who was gonna have the delivery team was gonna call back and that was at 3:25pm and it’s now 8:36pm and I am still waiting for that call. Needless to say Lowe’s you need to do better!!! I will see y’all in the morning and will resolve this matter! Keep in mind I am a florist and I am having to take time away from my store to deal with nonsense!!!
