My husband and I came here to purchase a new dishwasher and kitchen faucet. There was only one guy helping the customers in the department, so a few of us had to wait some time. He was very helpful though.

Just walked out....
Customer service is like you have to walk outside and walk all the way around to get a cart to load soil up. Oh, garden centers closed....
I mean, what gives if I wanted to do the job I would work here.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
If anything, they should have their carts readily available for someone, especially if the garden center gates are closed.
Instead now I'm going to home depot. This is probably one of the worst lowes I've been to.

Absolutely the worst customer support out of any Lowes. Ive been burned at least 20 times from this place. Don't even bother trying to call or find help. This was the last time. Don't do business with this place.
