Trying to ring up a large order I spent 20 minutes watching 4 female associates scratch their heads and shrug shoulders. Two of them, including the primary associate wandered off over an isle and actually started shopping for candy bars. The female staff at the contractors desk show about as little interest in efficiency as I’ve encountered, especially as a contractor on a weekday morning. No wonder the place was empty. No “sorry for the wait” no “how about you keep shopping and we’ll have it ready for you” Nope just a whole mess of attitude and bad manners.
