Do not use this place. They gave my grandmother a bedroom set with bedbugs. They refused to pick up the furniture so we had to get someone to drop it off at their establishment. Then they proceeded to harass my grandmother for payment. They prey on people and give them bedbug-ridden furniture. Stay away!

I was reading all the horrible comments on here. So recently I rented a washer and dryer from Aaron’s in Valdosta, I completed my order online so I never entered the store. I had the best customer service. The Two men that delivered it to my home were very professional and nice. They called me out to check the washer and dryer and went over how to operate. I have a long driveway and I said you can turn around in the grass he said No Ma’am we are not allowed to do that I said it’s okay. He replied no Ma’am but thank you. So I had a great experience and about to rent something else pray all goes the same.

Worst customer service period. Im an SA survivor and had to ask the delivery driver 3 times to leave my home and thought I was going to have to call the police. Attempted to talk to the manager Shedrick who was as bad as the delivery driver that violated my home by not leaving when asked to 3 times. Then spoke to the regional manager who Instead of having any compassion or empathy, chose to inform me of how many lawyers we had through Aaron's. But I didn't even realize how bad this company is until I was out and about telling people about my experience because I believe word of mouth is a companys best or worst advertisement and guess what, the names Aaron's, Shedrick, and apparently Mark are well known for their poor customer service and unprofessionalism. But anyway, after they chose to close my account and no longer do business with me instead of taking accountability and making things right, they only refunded me half of my down payment back. I tell you, this place is bad. But as bad as word of mouth is in this town about that place, and as fast as places are closing down these days, they won't be in business much longer either with their attitudes.

Was told my staff twice over the phone a set price so I went into the store to purchase and the manager refused to sale for that price. He was going to make me pay double. I guess their employees need more training and for the managers not be so ignorant.

Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Aaron's accepts cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards at most locations.
How does Aaron's Low Price Guarantee work?
If you are ever shopping and see that one of our local competitors has a lease to own deal that's lower than Aaron's, we'll be happy to offer our Low Price Guarantee. Our Low Price Guarantee promises that we'll meet or beat any local rent to own competitor's advertised total cost of lease ownership on the same item or we'll give you $100 in cash! †
What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
