  I've used this facility for more than 5 years. Michelle has always been very pleasant and helpful whenever I've visited or called in. Her and Kwame are the best!

  Kwame and Michelle made my move-in process seamless! They were very accommodating and communicative regarding the expectations leading up to when I signed the lease. You should take advantage of their promotions when you sign up online to save money. Online payment portal is quick and convenient as well. The storage unit itself matched the description, and the facilities seem to be fairly new so everything is in working order. I like that the building is clean and you don’t see any pests around. Access to the facility is convenient as there are multiple points of entry so you can use the one that’s closest to your unit. The facility is like a maze, so you probably shouldn’t wander around outside of where your storage unit is because you might get lost in there 😂. Just ask the staff if you need directions to the restroom or entry/exit points if you’re there during office hours.

  Michelle was great! Super informative on how the property works and what is needed to obtain a unit. She was bubbly and fun to talk with. Autumn was also great. A bit quiet but get the job done.
