I met TC at the Douglasville store about 5 years ago and I have to say as one of Aaron’s GM his is the best!! Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable of the store he always goes above the call of duty to make sure I am pleased with my merchandise and visits at the store. I have purchased several items and he made sure I received all of them on time and in excellent condition, and have even delivered them himself when he was short staff. Since I have dealt with TC I have followed him to all the stores he was transferred to and will continue to do so! Where TC goes so will I! I will only deal with TC period! He has made the Union City store one of Aaron’s best in Atlanta! Keep up the good work TC…excellent job!!! CD

From lying about the delivery date, to having to actually go in the store face to face to schedule a day for my delivery. He said he would push my payment back to the 15th for the inconvenience. After getting my furniture I payed my 1st payment. My 2nd payment they started calling on the 2nd. EVERYDAY...Literally. I paid my bill online the 15th as planned. Next month they called everyday starting the 2nd again. When I didn’t pay my payment exactly on the 15th they charged my charge without my permission. I called and spoke to Carl and he assured me my card would not be charged again. Next month same thing. Started blowing up my phone on the 2nd. This time charged my card on the 6th. I called and spoke with D’Angelo and again I was told it would not be charged again. After 2 months of no problems(Besides blowing my phone up before my due date) I thought we were good. Then june 6th my card was charged a THIRD TIME!!! I called and told them to come pick their furniture ASAP. D’Angelo is very rude and unprofessional. Actually I have dealt with 2 different Aaron’s(hwy 85) and both were the worst experience ever. I went out and purchased a section and dining room table to make sure I will never have to do business with Aaron’s again.

Leasing to own from Aaron’s can be a great way to get what you want right now. We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
