I immediately called to speak with a manager, who told me to come back so they could “sort it out” and review the security tapes to validate my claim. After reviewing everything, the manager confirmed that the cashier did in fact overcharge me. What shocked me most was that she then said she has overcharged someone before as well, and that it’s a common mistake. Mistakes like this should never be normalized — especially when customers are trusting the store with their money. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Also, other than the previous reason why the heck do you guys need 37 employees to hangout around the registers? Apparently their job training only covered making you feel awkward just for showing up with an emphasis on making you feel like you did something wrong when you leave. The 2 stars is strictly because it's a big store for ppl tht like to jazz stuff up. Its fairly clean but the employees and the little kid obnoxiously ringing the cowbell trying to make his mom freak out but doesn't realize the masterful level of mobile meditation she's achieved only through years and years of real life practice and dedication mere mortals(men) and children cant imagine.
