I called the Tifton Lowe's because their website said they had 20 in stock, but I didn't won't to risk driving an hour and the website could be wrong. I called and asked for lawn and garden, a young lady named Brooke answered...OMG! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She asked me to give her the stock numbers off of my Albany receipt to make sure she will be identifying the correct ones. Which She advised me they did have them, I needed 16 panels and 15 post, she said if I went ahead and checked out on my Lowe's app she will go ahead and have them on a pallet for me when I get here. I asked her to check each one that she loads to make sure they aren't broken. When we got there she helped load them, she advised that it was a good thing I didn't need all 20 of the panels, because 4 were broken. Also I would like to add the outside lawn and garden was immaculate and organized. Unlike our Lowe's in Albany. Kudos to Brooke and the Tifton Lowe's for doing such outstanding job.
