Visited this store yesterday during "normal" hours around 4:00 where I found an elderly lady waiting for assistance in Lumber for over 20 minutes prior to our needing assistance as well. A lumber associate was called multiple times for both her and our needs, but no one came to assist. We found someone in another department to call attention, but very disappointing that the store would allow employees to break at the same time.
